Bring a warm glow to your home with a gently illuminated felted pod.

During this 3 hour workshop we’ll start by rolling a felted hanging cord to integrate seamlessly with the pod. We’ll then learn how to lay our wool fibres around a flat circular resist, incorporating the hanging cord, and adding any other textured fibres, before felting the light pod with warm soapy water. Once felted, we’ll cut an aperture and shape the pod, ready to illuminate with a battery operated LED light.

Prior experience of felting will be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
